Vibe to production — with evidence, not promises
Your AI-built app, hardened to production-ready.
I take messy vibe-coded codebases → secure, tested, deployable operations. Every claim backed by a findings table, a 19-item readiness gate, and verification you can re-run. Ghana payments (MoMo, Flutterwave) welcome.

Built like a building
Ten years designing structures that cannot fail taught me to design software the same way: load paths, safety margins, inspections. I treat code architecture with the discipline of real-world buildings.
Agentic by default
I don't just write automation — I run autonomous agents under policy guardrails that watch my fleet weekly, file findings, and wait for my approval. See agentic ops.
Services
Working stack: Next.js · Supabase + Postgres · Cloudflare Workers/Pages + D1 · Docker · Python · Git. Currently leveling: LangGraph · CrewAI · MCP · Kubernetes — learned in the open, shipped under guardrails.
Services
Readiness Audit
Read-only inspection: routes, auth, secrets, DB, tests, deploy. You get a severity-ranked findings table with file:line evidence — no edits. 1–3 days.
Hardening Sprint
Riskiest-first fixes in small reversible diffs: authZ at the API layer, input validation, CI gates, rollback rehearsed. Staging before prod, always. 1–2 weeks.
Payments + CI Rescue
Ghana rails (MoMo pending states, webhook HMAC, idempotent finalize) and red-then-green CI pipelines. If your checkout or pipeline is scary, start here. Days, not months.
Pricing
Fixed fee, quoted upfront after a free 20-minute scoping call. No hourly billing, no surprise extras. Final amounts confirmed in writing before work starts. Why no price list? Every codebase differs — a number without looking at your app would be a guess, and I don't sell guesses. For orientation: recent fixed-price builds landed between $900 and $2,200.
Audit
Full findings table + readiness gate + remediation roadmap.
Fixed fee · 1–3 days · you keep the report either way.
Sprint
Audit + approved fixes, one bounded item at a time, verified green.
Fixed fee per sprint · 1–2 weeks · rollback rehearsed.
Rescue
Checkout or pipeline on fire? Triage first, stabilize, then harden.
Scoped flat fee · starts within 48 hours.
Work — my own apps, hardened in public
No borrowed screenshots. Each card is my own repo, with the actual pull requests linked. This is the same pipeline I sell.
studio-gabochie — secret history hunted down
12 historical findings (Flutterwave + generic keys) → verified 0 live at HEAD → blessed baseline → CI green on branch, PR, and main.
sporafind — CI dead since Oct 2, revived
Invalid YAML (zero-job runs), unquoted docker flag, version-fragile test. Fixed all three layers → 77 passed, main green.
aiw — 3 historical leaks baselined
Stripe + GCP keys in history, placeholders at HEAD → baseline → merged green.
Agentic ops, not just hardening
Hardening fixes today's app. Agents guard tomorrow's. A scheduled audit loop watches 6 production apps weekly — uptime, secrets, placeholders — appends signed findings to an audit log, and waits for my approval. Nothing self-deploys, everything self-reports.
Triage agent
Nightly checks across the fleet with severity-ranked findings and run history. Read the field notes.
Policy guardrails
Secret scanners, fail-loud boot, token-gated consoles, approve-before-prod. Dangerous commands die at the gate — how they're built.
Live audit feed
Machine-readable proof, refreshed weekly: metrics.json · audit log.
Live pipeline stats
Generated from my working repos on every data refresh — same pipeline I sell.

Method
Audit → approve → verify. Findings table + 19-item gate, every time.
Free 60-second readiness check
Answer three questions. Get a preliminary read on your biggest production risk — by email, from a human, within 2 business days.
1. What's your app built with?
2. What scares you most right now?
3. Where should I send your preliminary read?
Received.
Your preliminary read is on its way to your inbox. If it doesn't arrive within 2 business days, email devops@gabochie.com directly.
Process
1. Audit
Read-only. Findings table, severity + confidence + evidence.
2. Approve
You approve one bounded item at a time. Nothing else moves.
3. Verify
Tests re-run, gate signed GO/NO-GO with remaining risks listed.
FAQ
Will you rewrite my app?
No. Preserve-what-works is the rule: smallest reversible diffs, public interfaces unchanged unless evidence demands it.
What do you need from me?
Repo access, a staging environment (or permission to create one), and 30 minutes for scoping. I never need your production secrets — names only.
Which stacks?
Next.js, Node APIs, Python, PHP/Laravel, WordPress, Cloudflare edge, static sites. If it's vibe-coded and web, I can audit it.
What if you find something bad?
You hear it first, with severity, impact, and the exact fix — before anything changes. Leaked live keys get rotated immediately, with you.
How do I know it worked?
The same gates re-run after every fix, on staging first. Green is demonstrated, not declared — and remaining risks are listed, not hidden.
